Nothing will stop people from sharing music or movies. To sump up my opinion, the business of art as we have known it is dead. Something new should be created. Imo it is completely useless to punish someone who has shared three movies - they should rather find the "big bosses" and put them in prison. Otherwise it will never stop or even worse, what andr3 said will happen. (Which I don't think, since as far as I know, legal download software like iTunes got more and more popular during the last months.) Just for clarity: This guy indeed only shared three movies (Daredevil, Miss Congeniality and Red Planet), but the court decided to punish him hard as an example.

Imo it is completely useless to punish someone who has shared three movies – they should rather find the “big bosses” and put them in prison. Otherwise it will never stop or even worse, what andr3 said will happen.
