American Beauty
I really loved this movie. It’s a great account (and mockery) of the different values that many people live by in the United States. Kevin Spacey is brilliant, and I think many men can also relate to his midlife crisis and what he does to get out of it.
Who haven’t wanted to say such things to your boss, smoke some weed and work out, and hit on young chics? 
Of course, there’s a real serious undertone.
Basically, it got it all: smart society criticism, intelligent humour and great acting.
