HTML5 is upon us and amongst it, a lot of very existing APIs! However, how do we handle the web browsers that don’t support all of the new things?

The people behind Modernizr, which allows you to feature-detect support for various HTML5 APIs and other things, has set up a great great resource for fallback solutions for other web browsers.

In HTML5 Cross browser Polyfills they collect all kinds of tricky solutions, options and workarounds for a number of things like SVG, canvas, Web Storage and much more.

Also, while Paul Irish and others have made great work with finding options, please look at the list, try the solutions, and if you can, please contribute with your own solution! Let’s all help each other, right? 🙂
